By downloading, accessing or using the BookMySandhya mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.
2. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to use the App only for lawful, respectful and devotional community purposes.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Community Guidelines
All users of BookMySandhya are expected to maintain a respectful and devotional environment. You agree not to:
- Post abusive, hateful, discriminatory or offensive content
- Impersonate any person, mandal or organization
- Post false or misleading event, mandal or singer information
- Harass, spam or intimidate other users
4. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or behave in a manner that harms the community, other users or the App itself.
5. Content Ownership
Content you create or upload (such as event listings, profile details or media) remains yours. By posting content on BookMySandhya, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the App for the purpose of operating our services. BookMySandhya's branding, design, logo and app code remain the exclusive property of BookMySandhya.
6. Limitation of Liability
BookMySandhya is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookMySandhya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, events organized by mandals or third parties.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
